A results oriented individual, Hanane has had the opportunity to not only create, organize and develop a range of programs and opportunities for those throughout the government of Canada, but also to head up the same. These opportunities have allowed for the expansion of her skills in the way of strategic planning and problem solving alongside developing the organization in regards to its approach to a much more comprehensive array of individuals in need of its services.

Having carried out many roles related to management, adult learning knowledge management, and talent management, Hanane continues to seek out opportunities for empowerment and motivation for both herself and others, to ensure each of her team members are able to achieve their full potential.

With extensive experience working and interacting with senior level executives and government authorities throughout the country and abroad, she has likewise been able to develop the strong interpersonal and intercultural skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced, diverse world.

Rhizlaine Ben-Moussa is a French National. She works as a "Senior Account Manager" at DUC International Consulting and is Managing Global Accounts in Canada, UK, and UAE, DENMARK from DUC Headquarter in Dubai.

Before joining DUC International Consulting Rhizlaine had a contract in the European Union Delegation of Cape Verde as an independent consultant on project monitoring & evaluations, and an exciting experience managing EU funded projects in Cape Verde.

Rhizlaine is trained on project design, management and M&E (European Union Delegation – Cape Verde). She have proven record in the field of project identification and formulations phases. She possesses in-depth knowledge and understanding of project management, proposal evaluation and project monitoring. Furthermore, She have a vast experience in formulation of Terms of Reference and Guidelines for applicants under Calls for Proposals.

She has been recommended by Frank Hess, the former Head of Political and Cooperation Section of the Delegation of the European Union in Praia – Cape Verde (now Head of Operations – Sector South Asia DG DEVCO) and by Marcello Gariazzo, the former Head of Financial Section of the European Union Delegation of Cape Verde (now financial agent of the European Commission in Brussels). She is also recommended by Cristobal Delgado Matas, the former Infrastructures and Engineering Program officer (EU Delegation – Cape Verde), now Head of Section Trinidad and Tobago and Dutch OCTs in Guyana.

She has 3 years’ experience as “project coordinator”, one year in the cooperation, including managing projects and work as an independent consultant (project design, seminar organization and project evaluation).
